Frequently asked questions

Do your crews travel a lot or are they locally based?

It depends on the individual. Employees are established as either "Traveling" or "Home-Base" upon their initial hire. Our Home-Base crews do have volunteer opportunity to travel for additional pay and benefits from time to time. Our most important factor is to ensure our team members are set up for success with their family/home life.
